Having spent seven years as a university student, and the two decades since working with student-athletes, it's clearly an environment I enjoy. I understand the ambitions of students, and many of the struggles they face realising those ambitions. I am particularly passionate about providing the space for students to offload their concerns, explore their identity, and develop the communication and organisational skills to help them thrive within university and beyond.
Workshops and group sessions for students
I run a range of highly-interactive and creative group sessions, usually involving Lego and Playdoh, for students. Common themes include identity and roles, managing priorities, personal and professional development, and career transitions. These sessions are best delivered in-person, though some are also available via online delivery. Please get in touch for further details.
One-to-one coaching for students
I have almost twenty years experience providing coaching space for university students. Topics covered include planning and organisation, career exploration, identity, values and strengths, relationship issues and managing multiple demands. I use a single-session approach with all my coaching, and one session is often enough to work through a question or dilemma.
